Honestly, your best bet is hitting up local game stores or hobby shops. Not only do you support local businesses, but you also get to see the cards in person before buying. Plus, these places often host TCG events where you can meet other fans and trade tips and cards!

Online all the way! Sites like eBay or TCGplayer offer a huge variety. Just make sure to check the seller's ratings and reviews to avoid fakes. Bonus: You can shop in your PJs!

Are we really sleeping on conventions and meetups? I've snagged some of my best cards trading face-to-face with other collectors. It's like a treasure hunt at those events.

Official Pokemon website. Can't go wrong with the source itself for authenticity. Just keep an eye on those release dates for the latest packs!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
