You can find the blue tablet in the Alien Thermal Plant at a depth of around 1,200 meters. Look for it on a pedestal near the Data Terminal. Happy diving!

You can find one in the Alien Thermal Plant. The second one must be crafted using a blue tablet blueprint found in the Primary Containment Facility.
