Under the volcano, next to the town. It's easy to find after a few tries.
I鈥檝e lost count of how many times I鈥檝e escaped to the volcano base. Just go straight from the city, you鈥檒l spot that glowing mountain!
There's another criminal base under the volcano, which is pretty cool if you ask me. Just follow the road out of the city and you'll see the giant, fiery mountain.
