You'll find the Frozen Village in the First Sea. It's pretty close to the Marine Starter Island. Just look for the big snowy mountain!

The Frozen Village is located in the First Sea, specifically in the Middle of the map. Just head northeast from the Starter Island, and you should spot it easily!
