The Legendary Sword Dealer spawns randomly at one of seven possible locations around the second sea every 3-6 hours. Happy hunting!
In the second sea, check places like Green Zone, Graveyard, or inside the Colosseum. He鈥檚 a tricky one to find!
He鈥檚 everywhere and nowhere at the same time. Seriously, just keep exploring the second sea, he鈥檒l turn up.
From personal experience, I've found him chilling near the Colosseum entrance a few times. Might be a good starting point!
