Oh, the infamous lost necklace! You'll find it on the beach, just to the right of the bridge that leads to the Tide Pools. It's part of a 'Help Wanted' board quest where you'll need to return it to its rightful owner. Just keep your eyes peeled; sometimes it blends in with the sand!
