It's in the middle of nowhere, honestly. Fort Zancudo is the name, and getting inside is the game. West coast of the map, look for the biggest collection of military assets ready to take you down. Good luck!

The military base in GTA V, known as Fort Zancudo, is located in the northwest part of the map, just west of the Great Chaparral area. If you're cruising down the west coast of Los Santos, you can't miss it - just look for a heavily guarded, fenced area with a no-fly zone over it. Word of warning: entering without a stealth plan will get you a quick 4-star wanted level. Happy trespassing!
Fort Zancudo? More like Fort No-go. Unless you've got a death wish, admire it from afar. It's on the west side of the map, but make sure your visit is just a scenic drive.
