Check out the northeastern part of Cascade Hills near the locked gate; you'll often find one there. Drive safe!
Honestly, the best spot is near the fairgrounds in Meagher Valley. Found one there last week and it's been a beast!

In Drucker County, try looking by the crashed plane area. It's a bit of a trek, but worth it!
