You can find the Mysterious Merchant in the Cave and Trading Plaza, but he shows up only at 12 AM and 12 PM (PST). Time it right!

The Mysterious Merchant randomly spawns in the Cave and Trading Plaza areas, and it appears twice a day at 12 AM and 12 PM (PST). Good luck!
