In GTA San Andreas on PS2, you'll find the main police station in Downtown Los Santos, right on the edge of Pershing Square. The building is pretty big and has a distinctive look, so you can't miss it! Just look for the blue marker on your map, and you're there.

Just across Pershing Square in Downtown Los Santos. Can't miss it, big building, lots of cop cars outside. Been 'inside' a few times, if you know what I mean.
