The second tower in Palworld is located in the Forgotten Desert biome. You'll need to prepare for a journey through some tough environments. Make sure your Pals are leveled up because the creatures out there are no joke. It's northeast of the main starting area, past a series of canyons and rocky terrain. Bring lots of water!

lol just keep walking dude, you'll bump into it eventually. It's a big tower in a desert, can't miss it.
Found the second tower after hours of searching, it's definitely in the Forgotten Desert like the first answer mentioned. Make sure you have a flying Pal to bypass the rough terrain. Totally worth the view and the loot!
