She's south of your farm, in Cindersap Forest. Just head straight down past the Wizard's Tower on Fridays and Sundays. She's got rare goods that you won't find anywhere else in the game.

Why bother? Everything she sells you can get yourself with a bit of effort. Not worth the gold, IMO.
The Traveling Merchant sets up shop in Stardew Valley every Friday and Sunday. You'll find her in the Cindersap Forest, just south of the farm. It's a bit to the west of the Wizard's Tower - you can't miss her colorful caravan!
Just wander south to Cindersap Forest near the Wizard's place. If it's Friday or Sunday, boom, there she is!
