Check out the spaceship docks at New Atlantis Station on Jemison. The Valentine has been spotted there numerous times.

Man, the Valentine is a ghost! Last I saw it, it was near the Wolf System, but it moves around a lot.

You'll find the Valentine located in the Alpha Centauri system, usually hanging out on the planet Shepard IV. Good luck!
