Head straight to the Pokémon Center stores! Japan has several, and they're like paradise for Pokémon TCG fans. Not only will you find the latest packs, but also exclusive items you won't get anywhere else. Also, check out Akihabara in Tokyo - it’s a goldmine for all things Pokémon, including TCG.

Don't forget online marketplaces like Rakuten and Yahoo! Japan Auctions. They can be a treasure trove for rare cards, just make sure you're aware of the seller's ratings before you make a purchase.

Honestly, just go to a convenience store. I was surprised, but places like Lawson and 7-Eleven sometimes stock Pokémon TCG products. It’s not the biggest selection, but it's something if you're in a pinch.

Local card shops and even second-hand stores in Japan sometimes have hidden gems at great prices. It's hit or miss, but definitely worth the hunt if you're looking for something specific or rare.

You can't go wrong with big electronic stores like Yodobashi Camera and Bic Camera, especially in big cities. They have a wide selection of Pokémon cards, often at pretty good prices.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
