From my experience, the Thermal Spires also have a decent amount of Galena Outcrops. Just have to deal with the heat and predators!

I've had the most luck finding lead in the Arctic Kelp Caves. Dive deep and start smashing those Galena Outcrops!

Easiest place to farm lead is in the Twisty Bridges biome. Look for Galena Outcrops and you'll find plenty!
