Phobos, especially the Zeugma mission, is a hidden gem for plastids. Short runs, constant drops!

Uranus! The Ophelia mission specifically. It's a survival mission, so you get more time to gather plastids. And, it gives you a chance to swim with the lovely sea monsters!

Honestly, just do Dark Sector Defense missions. They have higher resource drop rates. Easy peasy.

I swear by the Piscinas mission on Saturn. You can get loads of plastids there, plus the enemies are super manageable. I've had great runs solo or with a squad!
