Alex hangs out at the beach during the summer, working on his tan. You'll usually find him near his house, the one right next to Pierre's shop, during other seasons. Oh, and check the town square - he loves tossing a football around there.

If you can't find Alex, you're not at the beach in summer or checking his grandparents' house properly. He's not exactly the adventurous type, so he won't be far.
Look for Alex at the Ice Cream Stand in the town square during summer afternoons! It's his part-time gig. Also, don't forget his room in George and Evelyn's house; sometimes he's just chilling there.
