You can't find Blast Powder in Battle Royale or Creative modes; it's exclusive to Save the World. Stick to PvE for that!

I've been playing Fortnite since day one, and I'll tell ya: Blast Powder's only craftable in Save the World. Just grab Rough Ore and you're set!
