Catfish in Stardew Valley are a slippery catch! You can find them in the river during Spring and Fall when it's raining. Make sure you have a good fishing rod because these guys like to put up a fight. They're also in the Secret Woods and Witch's Swamp ponds, but don't forget - only when it rains!

Gotta love the rain in Stardew Valley, especially because that's the only time you can catch catfish! River, Secret Woods, Witch's Swamp, just make sure your fishing game is strong and it's pouring outside.

Rainy days got you down? Not in Stardew! That's your cue to snag some catfish in the river, Secret Woods, or Witch's Swamp. Happy fishing!

Just fish in the river on a rainy day, not that hard.

Honestly, catfish aren't even worth the hassle. There are better fish to catch, trust me.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!
