Copper ore in Stardew Valley is primarily found in The Mines. Once you unlock The Mines, usually by the 5th day of Spring in your first year, start exploring levels 10 and deeper. The deeper you go, the more likely you are to encounter copper ore nodes. Don't forget to bring your pickaxe and some snacks to keep your energy up while you mine!

The Mines! Specifically levels 10-30 is where you'll want to be. Copper ores are hiding in those rocks, just waiting for your pickaxe. Also, keep an eye out for the brownish-orange colored stones, those are your copper ore nodes. Happy mining!

Honestly, just buy it from Clint. If you're not into spelunking in the mines and facing monsters, save up some Gold and buy copper ore directly from the blacksmith. It'll save you time and possibly your in-game life!

If you鈥檙e just looking for a few pieces and not ready to dive deep into the mines, occasionally you can find copper ores by breaking open geodes. Just visit Clint, the town's blacksmith, to crack them open for you.
