You can find the crossbow in the underwater cave near the Yacht. It's in one of the four underwater grave locations on the map. Get your diving gear ready!

The crossbow? Just dive around the island, especially near the yacht and some burial sites. It's worth the effort.

Check out Cave 5 (Submerged Cave). You'll need the rebreather to navigate through the underwater sections. Happy hunting!
