You can find crystalline sulfur in the Lost River biome, specifically in the Ghost Forest and Bone Fields. Just beware of the ghost leviathans lurking around!

Check out the Lava Lakes and Inactive Lava Zone for crystalline sulfur, but bring your prawn suit because it gets hot down there!
