Head to the Lost River and explore the Sulphur Pools. Be on the lookout for the Ghost Leviathan though!

Crystalline Sulphur is found in the Lost River biome, particularly around the Sulphur Pools and in the Inactive Lava Zone. Watch out for those Lava Larvae!

Just go to the Inactive Lava Zone and you'll find Crystalline Sulphur near lava geysers. Easier said than done, but worth it.
