You can nab the cutter pretty early in the game! Just follow the main questline until you reach the mining colony on Vectera. Once there, you'll be handed a cutter as part of the mission. It's super essential for cutting through metals, opening pathways, and even some alien weeds! Good luck exploring the stars!
