Elliot is pretty easy to find once you know where to look. He lives in the cabin on the beach, south of the Pelican Town square. It's the only house on the beach, so you can't miss it. Elliot often hangs out on the beach itself, especially near his cabin, or in the town square. Don't forget to check the Stardrop Saloon in the evenings, as he likes to visit there too!

just go to the beach lol, Elliott's practically a merman. Cabin on the south side. Can't miss it.

Pro tip: Best time to catch Elliot if you're looking to give him a gift or two is in the mornings on the beach by his cabin or in the afternoons wandering around near the town square. Trust me, it works; I've maxed out my friendship with him!
