Look for the flowers in almost any grassy area outside of Los Santos. As for the dildos, one sure spot is the showers in the Los Santos Police Department. Just remember, not everyone appreciates the same kind of gift, so choose wisely!

Easy. Flowers are pretty much everywhere. Just run around any grassy field and you're bound to stumble upon some. As for the other... um, 'unique' gifts, check the police station showers. Can't miss 'em.
