Just look in the Indigo Quarry! They're literally scattered everywhere; you can't miss them.
The Dry Reef, especially around the rocky areas near the Pink Gordo, is a good spot to look for Heart Beets.
I've always had luck finding Heart Beets in the Indigo Quarry. Just keep an eye out while exploring!
Why even bother searching? Just set up a garden in your ranch after getting a few Heart Beets and grow your own!
