Lewis can usually be found wandering around the town square during the day. He's the guy with the purple pants and the mayor's sash! On Mondays, he often spends time in his office at his house, which is right at the entrance of Pelican Town. So if you're on a quest or just looking to chat, that's where I’d check first.
