You can find magnetite in the Jellyshroom Cave and the Mountains biome! Make sure to pack a flashlight and be ready for some nasties.

Head to the Jellyshroom Cave or the Mountains area. Watch out for crabsnakes and warpers there!

The Mushroom Forest caves and the Sparse Reef also have some magnetite if the other spots are too risky for you.
