You'll find nickel ore mostly in the Lost River biome, especially around the Tree Cove and Ghost Canyon areas. Dive deep, brave adventurer!

From my experience, the Lost River is the go-to. I found plenty near the Lava Zone entrance, but beware of the leviathans!
