Purple Mushrooms are a bit elusive but fear not! You can find them deep inside the mines, starting around level 81. They鈥檙e also a rare forage item in The Secret Woods. If you're into cave exploring, converting your farm cave to mushrooms after Demetrius visits gives you a pretty solid chance to harvest them right on your farm.
Just level up your foraging and get to the secret woods or the deeper mines. But, secret between us, they aren't worth the hype.
Honestly, run through the mines. You'll trip over a couple of purple mushrooms sooner or later. Always works for me!
