You can only find RPGs in Payload Mode! Look for them at military bases, the school, or other common loot-heavy areas.

RPGs are exclusive to Payload Mode. Try checking military bases or air drops for the best chance to find one.

Payload Mode is your best bet. Military bases usually have RPGs lying around.
