Go to twitch.tv and log in. Click on your avatar in the top-right corner, select 'Creator Dashboard', click 'Settings', then 'Stream'. Your stream key will be there.

In my experience, the fastest way is to click on your profile picture, go to 'Creator Dashboard', click 'Preferences' then 'Channel'. Your stream key will be there!
