Blood Kelp Zone North is near the Dunes, and Blood Kelp Zone South is close to the Grand Reef. Good luck and watch out for those Warpers!

I swear I got lost for hours before finally finding it. Check the area between the Dunes and the Sparse Reef for one, and south of the Grand Reef for the other. Happy hunting!
