You can find the three flowers at different locations: the red one spawns at night near the Graveyard, the yellow one can be found by defeating NPCs, and the blue one spawns in the sea near frozen areas. Happy hunting!

I found the Red Flower near the Graveyard around midnight. Yellow Flower was a drop from some random NPC I beat up, and I stumbled upon the Blue Flower while swimming around the frozen sea. Took me a while, but it was fun!
