To strike oil—truffle oil that is—you gotta cozy up to some pigs. Once you've upgraded your barn to a Deluxe Barn, you can buy pigs from Marnie's Ranch. Let these snouty friends outside and they’ll sniff around, eventually digging up those prized truffles for you. Take note, pigs won't go truffle hunting in winter, so plan accordingly!

Pigs are your go-to for truffles in Stardew Valley. No pigs, no truffles. It's as simple as that. Just make sure your pigs can go outside.

Well, pigs are the real MVP for truffle hunting. But, remember, they don't work in the rain or winter. So, if you're looking to make that truffle oil or just stock up, sunny days are your best bet!

If you're late to the pig party and winter's already knocking, there's still hope. Keep an eye on the Traveling Cart near the Cindersap Forest. The merchant sometimes sells truffles. It's all about that pig-free truffle hunt.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
