You can find Water Purifier fragments in the Degasi Seabase on the Floating Island. Just be careful of the cave crawlers!

I found mine in the Deep Grand Reef Degasi base. Took a bit of exploring, but totally worth it for unlimited water.

Check out the abandoned bases, particularly in the Jellyshroom Cave and Floating Island. Scan the fragments there!
