Why not just stick to regular Continuity? The grind for Prime stuff can be insane.

To get Primed Continuity, you'll need to keep an eye on Baro Ki'Teer. This elusive trader appears every two weeks in one of the Tenno Relays. Farm those Ducats and Credits!

Primed Continuity? Baro Ki'Teer has it occasionally. You'll need Ducats and Credits, so get cracking on those Void missions!

Primed Continuity is offered by Baro Ki'Teer. He pops up every two weeks in a relay with a random assortment of goodies, so save those Ducats!

From my experience, grab Primed Continuity from Baro Ki'Teer when he visits. He shows up every couple of weeks, and it's totally worth the wait for that boost to ability duration!
