Easy peasy! Just head over to Los Santos Customs to sell your cars. You can find several of these around the map. Drive in, choose the 'Sell' option, and bam, cash in hand. Remember, not every car's sellable, especially the high-end stuff you straight-up nab off the street.
Actually, selling cars isn't the best way to make money. Better spend time on heists or trading on the stock market in-game. Just saying.
