Tokyo Ghoul is more graphic and disturbing in terms of violence. Attack on Titan is intense but doesn't quite hit the same level of visceral horror.

Attack on Titan is basically a gore fest with giant human-eating titans and plenty of bloodshed, but Tokyo Ghoul takes the cake for sheer brutality with its constant torture scenes and cannibalism. Both are great if you love intense action!

Attack on Titan for sure. Titans literally chomp people in half like they're breakfast cereal, and the bloodbath seems never-ending!

Attack on Titan. Trust me, I've seen casual strolls through the city turn into Titan-induced nightmares!

For my money, Tokyo Ghoul is more violent. The psychological terror combined with the physical brutality keeps me on edge more than AoT.
