France, hands down! The healing speed bonus is a game-changer, especially in those long wars. Plus, Joan of Arc is like the ultimate support commander.
Pick Germany if you want to go crazy training troops. The troop training speed and action point recovery are incredibly useful.
It really depends on your playstyle. If you love cavalry charges, then Arabia is perfect because of the cavalry attack bonus and the extra damage to barbarians.
