Honestly, it depends on your playstyle. Fishman race is great for underwater breathing and Sharkman Karate is solid for combat.

Ghoul race is OP if you like night attacks. You get buffs in dark and also life leech. Totally worth it!

Human race is pretty balanced, but I'd say Mink race is better overall for the speed. Human race is kinda meh.
