From personal experience, don't sleep on speed stats! Faster Pals can outmaneuver enemies in battles and make exploration a breeze. I've dodged so many battles by just zooming past danger zones. Plus, speedy gathering means more crafting in less time.
Just pump everything into attack. Why bother with anything else when you can just blast your way through problems? More power equals less problems.
