In Jujutsu Kaisen, the higher-ups are generally referred to as the higher echelon of Jujutsu society, mainly including the Jujutsu High Principals, the head of the Jujutsu Headquarters, and the most influential sorcerers like Satoru Gojo. These individuals have a major say in the decisions and policies concerning the sorcerers' world, especially in situations dealing with curses and their eradication.

The higher-ups? Ah, pretty much the folks who think they can boss around our favorite sorcerers. So, you've got the big names like Masamichi Yaga, the head principal of Tokyo Metropolitan Magic Technical College, and the other principals. You also can't forget about the Jujutsu Headquarters that kinda oversees everything. And of course, Satoru Gojo, the beast himself, though he's more about bending the rules than making them.

Lemme keep it short - the higher-ups are bureaucracy at its finest, mixing old-school principals and the elite sorcerers. But let's be honest, Gojo is the one we all wish was in charge.
