Boruto's got some wild villains, but the Kara organization stands out. Jigen, or should I say Isshiki Ōtsutsuki, is a total nightmare.

One of the big bads in Boruto is definitely Isshiki Ōtsutsuki. This guy is on another level, making Naruto and Sasuke sweat bullets.

In Boruto, you'll meet some seriously tough villains like Kinshiki and Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki, who have it out for the entire shinobi world. Then there's Kara, an evil organization with members like Jigen/Isshiki Ōtsutsuki and his creepy minions, Delta and Kashin Koji.

Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki is a top-tier villain in Boruto. He gives our heroes a run for their money with his god-like powers.
