In my experience, Hulu's subtitles are clearer and more accurate for Attack on Titan. They seem to sync better with the dialogue and capture the nuances of the characters' speech.
From my own viewings, Hulu often has slightly better translations and timing. That makes it easier to follow the intense action scenes and intricate plot.
Honestly, neither is perfect. I use Crunchyroll for the best subtitle quality. Try it!
