Spoiler alert! Natah is the Lotus - your guide and mentor, but she has a mysterious and complex backstory involving the Sentients and Orokin.
Natah is a major character in Warframe's lore, originally an Orokin spy sent to the Sentients, who later became the Lotus, the sentient mother figure guiding the Tenno. Quite a transformation!
Natah was originally an Orokin called Margulis who was sent to spy on the Sentients. She eventually took on the role of the Lotus, guiding the Tenno throughout their missions.
She's basically Tenno's mentor and guide, known more commonly as the Lotus.
