As someone who's played Mortal Kombat for years, I can confirm it's not 'Whoopsie.' It's 'Toasty!' said by Dan Forden.

It's actually 'Toasty!' and it's said by Dan Forden, one of the game's developers. He pops up when you land a strong uppercut.
