One Punch Man would win hands down. Saitama's whole shtick is that he can beat ANYONE with a single punch. Omni-Man wouldn't stand a chance!
Omni-Man is strong, but Saitama ends fights in one punch. It's in the name. No contest.
Speaking from experience watching both series, Saitama would take down Omni-Man effortlessly. Even Viltrumites can't handle that kind of power!
