You need to be at least Level 2 in the game before you can receive gifts. Get some matches in and level up!

Somebody might have given you a fake gift card. Make sure you're getting your V-Bucks from legit sources!

Check if you have 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) enabled on your account. Without it, you can't send or receive gifts.
